Background Information about the Solo-Chem wash system

The problems with the excising wash systems the trade are using are:

It is a tricky business using conventional glass washer detergent. If the detergent is too caustic it will cause etching on the glassware, too weak and they are left dirty. So the majority of operators use a mild detergent but over a period there will be protein residue build up on the glassware and simply become dirty - that is better than etching on your glassware which is where the glass surfaces are actually being eaten away, causing permanent damage.

Wild yeast-look for beige or even a black film or deposit (build up of growing yeast cells) around the door and door hinges.

Beer head problems with rinse aids

Because conventional rinse aids contain alcohol ethoxylates these surfactants cling to the proteins on the glassware and effect beer head.

Solo-Chem solves all these problems!

Further Infomation

This unique revolutionary cleaning technology has been successfully tested by Reading university.

We also exhibited Solo-Chem at the Seller to Cellar show in Burton on Trend in 2005 W.&D. (Inter Brew) tested and approved the technology.

A large Italian and German company were also offered this technology and declined because they would lose out too much on their detergent and water softener sales throughout the world, which are considerable.

We feel that the end user should receive the benefits this technology offers. We feel they are considerable to you.

A small hotel chain here in Ireland were using Detergent, Lipstick removal system (Quash), Renovate chemical, a water softening machine and a Air Rack to dry their glassware before the Solo-Chem technology was available. Using Solo-Chem technology saves you up £0.40 (GBP) per wash cycle. None of these chemicals and devices are necessary with the Solo-Chem wash technology. For health & safety information about Solo-Chem please refer to the datasheet, which is provided as a PDF file. You will require to have a compatible PDF Reader installed, we recommend that you use Adobe Reader.

Your existing machine can be easily adapted to use the Solo-Chem technology!
